Raise The Bar. Wow Your Customers!

I came across this great report by Claudine Waskowycz Author of “The Secret of Better Cold Calling”.

Here is a snip-bit of what’s inside this fascinating report.

The rain was pounding on the roof of the car in thunderous crashes and the wipers failed to push the cascading water off the windshield. Allen put the  gear shift into reverse and started to back his small car out of the space in the parking lot. It was always a delicate procedure to make a maneuver like this.
