2. What did you like most? Least, about our product or service?
3. What was most valuable to your people?
4. How much is that worth to your company in the next year?
5. Would you use our services again?

Document your accomplishments; give testimonials, endorsements, rave reviews

Create a proven track record.

Develop a Client List. Big names are best.

Keep your fees appropriate, In line with their budget.

Seek prestige engagements. Target well-known prospects.

Have your office phone answered professionally.

Upgrade your brochure.

Upgrade your Demo Tapes, both audio and video.

Improve your topic expertise, presenting skills, negotiating skills.

Ask for what you want and be prepared to reject inappropriate offers.

Relate any difference in fees to the total meeting budget, total head count at your session, cost of the luncheon or banquet per person.
