Example of a Proposal Follow Up Letter

(Your Details)

Hello Steve,

It was great speaking with you the other day … I was pleased to hear that you were impressed by the way our staff handled your ‘phone call!

When we spoke you mentioned it would be a good idea to have some more information on what I do and how I can help your team use the ‘phone in the same powerful way … giving your clients and prospects a ‘magical experience’ every time they called into your business … well, here it is …

Your investment in your workshop “The Power of Communication” is only £xxxxx + expenses… and this is what they’ll learn:

  • How to understand the 3 characteristics of every caller
  • How to build rapport and understanding within 7 seconds!
  • The best phrases to use

Power language

  • How to avoid the ‘meeting trap!’
  • How to screen calls in a memorable way
  • How to deal with abusive callers!
  • Why their greeting can make an amazing difference
  • How to make outward calls just as memorable
  • Handling everyone as a ‘client’
  • Plus much more …

So Steve, your workshop will be delivered to your team so they can help you and your business maximize on potential and existing business.

Your workshop will be designed for everyone who …

… uses a ‘phone in your business … particularly your ‘directors of first impression’!

And as agreed, I’ll call you on (Date & Time)  to touch base again to get your thoughts and feedback

Until then …

Warmest regards,

Name

Forward thinking Director

PS I nearly forgot! To fully maximize on your investment we’d encourage as many of your team to be present for the workshop so they can ‘buy in to’ the methodology and why it works!

PPS Our guarantee to you is …

“If you’re not highly delighted within the first hour of your workshop you won’t owe us a penny! If you are delighted, and we’re sure you will be, we look forward to your payment on the day.”
